Step-by-step process

Real estate exchange between Turkey and Europe
Submission of requirements
Everything begins with a clear intention. You share, in detail, your objectives for the property—both the asset you currently own and the property you wish to acquire.
Preparation of matches
We carefully review your criteria and present suitable options from our curated property portfolio that align with your requirements.
Initial Consultation
If you wish to proceed, we schedule a complimentary 30-minute consultation. This consultation is non-binding, and you have no obligation to continue with us.
Service Agreement
If you wish to proceed with any of the options presented, we will enter into a service agreement with you. No fee is payable unless a transaction is completed.
Negotiation & Agreement
At this stage, we support the parties in aligning on the commercial terms, and then assist in preparing and finalizing the property exchange agreement.
Information Exchange
We facilitate the exchange of information between the parties to enable their legal counsel to conduct due diligence on the properties.
Structuring of exchange
Together with your legal and tax advisors, we structure the property exchange transaction and establish a realistic timeline to ensure a seamless process.
Signing & Closing
We oversee the execution of the real estate sale agreements and coordinate the closing process, including the transfer of title to the properties.
