Through our companies in Turkey and Germany, we have been active in the real estate sector for the past 25 years. Our work spans the full lifecycle of property—development, management, brokerage, and advisory—delivered with on-the-ground market knowledge and a long-term, investor-minded approach.

Technology has been a core part of how we operate. We design and build technology-enabled tools that support a wide range of real estate activities, helping streamline workflows, improve decision-making, and enhance execution across different market participants and asset types.

Over the last ten years, we have regularly used technology to facilitate real estate transactions in multiple ways.
